Viro on saamassa ensimmäisen nimikkogeokolikkonsa. Design on valmiina, rahoitusta puuhataan nyt:

Onhan se väärä informatio. Ei ole tässä nyt jo pian 2 voutta mitään kadonnut. Tässä on omat ihmiset kukaa valvoo niitä ja kysyy tarvitaessa kaikilta kuka on vierallut kätköa.

Samaa mekin tässä katseltiin. Olisihan se hienoa jos tähän asiaan vihdoinkin tulisi joku varmuus (onko tämä kolikko edes tulossa ja jos on, niin koska). Olisi se vaan hienoa saada omaankin kokoelmaan tämä hieno kolikko. Ihan vain jo pelkästään sen takia, että on löydettyjen listalla muutama Viron kätkö ja se olisi hieno muisto niiltä ajoilta (vaikkakin omat löydöt ovat vuosimallia 2011). Toki onhan niitä monia muitakin maita, joista ei ole kolikkoa teetetty, mutta henk. koh. tämä olisi meidän hankintalistallamme ainakin yhtenä kaikista kymmenestä eniten haluamastamme kolikosta.

26.10. Tiedoitettiin asian tiimoilta: We raised less than I wanted but more than I expected So all good. I am hosting a Geo Halloween party tomorrow night to raise some more funds. Also the geocoin designs have been sent to the manufacturer to start the ball rolling.

Eli hän yrittää järjestää lisärahoitusta muuta kautta ja kolikoiden valmistus on aloitettu.

Lisäksi tuon nettisivun kautta ei kait enää voi rahoittaa joten pitää varmaan kysyä suoraan voiko rahoitukseen vielä osallistua tai muuten ostaa noita kolikoita.

Nyt kun olen itse myös teettämässä yhtä uutta kolikkoa, niin ihmettelen tuota aikataulua ja tuollaisen rahoituksen tarvetta. Itselläni meni pari kuukautta siinä suunnittelussa ja muutoksissa, mutta nyt on lopullinen kolikko valmistuksen alla.

The coin will be minted by Geocoinland in the Czech Republic and all details have been arranged.
I used the crowdfunding site to raise the money to have this made because without it this Geocoin would never get made.
As well as raising money here in Estonia and international sales and donations.
From the total amount needed to make this I am still short approximately €200.

The Estonian Geocoin has been ordered! I expect the samples to be ready around January 17th and the rest of the coins around the 10th of February.

The initial mint will be 250 coins and already nearly 130 are spoken for.

Well you have all been waiting for it and here it is the first photo of the First Estonian Geocoin sample. I have made one small change, the stalk of the flower will have no colour. But other than that mass production starts today. Woohoo!
